Registration Fees
Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Course Fee Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of course enrollment and before attending more than one live class.
Refund requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. Processing charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.

Class Absence
No refunds will be provided for missed classes by students.

Course Cancellation by Us
If a course is canceled by I Speak Online English.com, students will receive an appropriate refund or transfer option.
